SAFETY MANAGEMENT

At CFDP, safety is part of our culture. We uphold an extensive Safety Management System (SMS) that is etched into the daily operation of our company. We have held our COR accreditation since our inception and our safety program is subjected to continuous improvement processes so that we stay at the leading edge of safety management. We are in good-standing with Worker Compensation organizations in all jurisdictions we work. We are an ISNetworld Member Contractor and subscribe to many additional subcontractor management systems to be compliant and maintain qualifications with our valued clients.

 

TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS

CFDP management strives to establish and maintain our reputation of client focus and excellent customer service. We provide both formal classroom and field training to ensure the preparedness of our team. We continue the support of our field crews through mentorship of our Operators, Crew Chiefs, Swampers and Assistants, along with quarterly performance reviews to assess development and areas of improvement.

To maintain our success in the Industry, we utilize vigorous ongoing training and hands-on experience. With the latest technology, in-field experience and our advanced in-house training program, we ensure our staff's expertise meets or exceeds all our client's specifications.

 

EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY

All CFDP field personnel complete an extensive competency evaluation upon hire. We re-assess competency prior to advancing positions or changing roles within the company to determine their understanding of their role. This encompasses all aspects of the role expectations and assists the management team in developing individual and team improvement strategies. We have several assessment tools that we utilize in our organization. Our management team has specialized knowledge of our service offerings and they lead, train, mentor and assess competencies on all our personnel.

 

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

CFDP's Quality Management System (QMS) was developed and is maintained to adhere to the ISO 9001 Standard for Quality Management. We take immense pride in knowing our employees are trained, qualified and committed to working within the standards set out in our QMS.
